was originally founded in 1940 as a service to all employees of the Water Company
and their immediate family members.  

As a Water Company employee or as a family member of someone with an existing
MAWC Credit Union account, all it takes is a minimum balance of $25.00 + $1.00
joining fee to open an account.  It's just that easy!!

MAWC CREDIT UNION TO HOST NEW/RETURNING MEMBER CAMPAIGN

August marks the beginning of a new campaign for the MAWC Credit Union to acquire new
and returning members.    According to Georgiann Heun, the CU’s senior assistant treasurer,
“the MAWC CREDIT UNION values you as an important segment of our family.  This is your
credit union, and we are proud of our organization.  We want you to be a part of it.”  MAWC

The MAWC CU was founded in 1940, and offers savings accounts that pay quarterly
dividends, loans with competitive rates, direct deposit, and personal credit review sessions to
help members improve their credit scores.   Accounts are insured by the US government up to
$100,000 per member.
